Visa Application Form
** Business Visa (M visa) (for commercial purposes in China)
- Passport (original and copy)
- Copy of ID card
- 2 passport size photos
- The official dispatch of the applicant’ company, which should specify these details : passport information, reasons going to China, arrival and departure date, location to visit.
- If you are the business owner, you need to provide the enterprise registration (originals and copies)
- If you are an employee, please provide a certified copy of Enterprise Registration and Labor Contract
- Invitations from Chinese partners, which must include details of the applicant: passport information, reasons for China, arrival and departure date, places to visit.
- Partner's license sends an invitation.
** In the case of non-Vietnamese citizens, the Chinese Embassy asks them to file themselves or if they are the business owner, they can do it by themselves, or else Flynow can assist them to prepare the necessary paperwork, as well as in arranging invitations.
** Tourist visa (L visa): (for Chinese tourism demand)
- Passport: still valid for 06 (six) months or longer, original passport with a blank page and 01 photocopy of information page with photos.
